Job Overview
As a Senior Growth Product Manager at Beli, you will be the first dedicated PM focused on growth, playing a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across Beli’s iOS and Android applications. You’ll work closely with the CEO, CTO, and engineers to identify growth opportunities, define product strategies, and execute initiatives that accelerate Beli’s growth and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Manage the growth roadmap and funnel end-to-end, from ideation to implementation and measurement.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, user research, and market insights.
- Develop, test, and optimize growth experiments aimed at increasing key metrics like acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals.
- Define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment roadmaps for growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to launch product features and campaigns that drive growth.
- Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization to improve conversion and engagement.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously refine the product experience and remove friction from the user journey.
- Report on experiment results, learnings, and next steps to the broader team and leadership.
- Stay current on consumer product trends, growth tactics, and competitive benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years full-time experience in product management, ideally with at least 3 years in a growth-focused role at a consumer app or marketplace.
- Proven track record of scaling products to broad market adoption.
- Self-starter, roll-up-your-sleaves mentality with a high degree of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- A data-driven mindset with experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and experiments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership.
- High user empathy and a passion for building delightful, intuitive consumer experiences.
- Familiarity with restaurant discovery, social platforms, or map-based consumer apps is a plus.
